Recently restored and perfectly renovated, the house has been divided into 4 residential units, one of which is used by the owners during the summer months. The guest apartments are located on a side wing of the building and there is also a large, well-tended outdoor area divided into private gardens with amenities for each apartment. There is a shaded car park inside the property. Barbecue and ping pong. The beautiful swimming pool (12 X 20 meters) is available to guests and also occasionally used by the owners.
Just 200 meters from the property is a riding school where it is possible to book riding lessons or excursions on horseback.
There are food shops in Pontassieve, which is just 3 km away. Florence is a 10 minute drive away. To avoid parking problems, it is also possible to take a direct train from Pontassieve to Florence.
