This house is in Ronchi, next to another property called L'Olmo, about 4 kms from the centre of Forte dei Marmi, the best-known town in Versilia, which not only has a marvellous, well-organized beach, but also offers lots of possibilities for a different holiday: tennis courts, sailing regattas, windsurf, horse-riding centres and an 18-hole golf course. The property consists of part of villa, divided vertically, with a big private garden and a swimming-pool shared with two other nearby properties. It is furnished with modern, very good-quality pieces and equipped with various accessories: dishwasher, washing-machine, satellite-TV, stereo with CD player. Outside you will find a covered veranda, furnished with table and chairs for dining outside, barbecue and relaxation areas. You can also book - for professional use only - a grand piano in a room on the lower floor. The beach is just 300 metres away and can easily be reached on foot, and during the summer months you can book when you get there a place on the beach with sunshade and deckchairs. You will find well-known restaurants all down the coast but in particular in Forte dei Marmi. Don't forget to visit the nearby Apuan mountains, a chain of mountains behind Versilia, which not only protects the coast from the wind, but also offers picturesque scenery and the chance of trips to many small, attractive villages.
