The property consists of a large historic villa where, in addition to the apartment where the owners live, on the ground floor you will find the large apartment that makes up our offer. In an annexe adjacent to the villa there is a second unit that is also available. The property is situated in a splendid location amidst the hills, surround by a garden where you will find a large and unique irregular-shaped swimming pool of approx. 30x20m (1.5-3.5 m deep, due to its size and depth the pool is suitable for expert swimmers) that is also used by the owners. We are located just outside of Florence and in fact, you can easily reach the old city centre in just 10 minutes by car or bus. Both the units have private, furnished outdoor areas.
