In 1997 it underwent a careful restoration project which now allows tourists and Venetians to fully enjoy its artistic beauty. The apartment is nicely furnished and well-equipped, and is located in a truly strategic position for reaching any part of the city, the Rialto Bridge and its characteristic market are about 600 m away and Piazza San Marco is about a 10-minute walk.
