Above the property is a beautiful 2000 sq.m. garden for guests' exclusive use, where there is an above-ground swimming-pool with a diameter of 5 metres and a wood-burning oven. In the village of Barberino you will find food shops and restaurants, and 8 kms away in Poggibonsi there are all kinds of shops. Florence and Siena can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, while San Gimignano is just 15 kms away. The house is equipped with dishwasher, washing-machine and a barbecue. Nearby there are many wonderful places to visit: such as the ancient church called Pieve di S. Appiano, the Borgo di Linari, the romantic castle at Poppiano, the farm at Petrognano, and particularly interesting is the chapel called Cappella di S. Michele Arcangelo which was built in 1597 and which replicates, on a scale of 1:8, the dome of Florence cathedral.
