The apartment lies inside a small residential area about 1 km from the centre of Conca dei Marini. All of the buildings in the complex are one-storey houses with independent entrances from the garden surrounded by well-cared for grounds full of mediterranean plants. From the covered terrace, which has furniture suitable for dining outside, you can enjoy the view of the sea and of the Gulf of Salerno. The apartment has modern furniture of very good quality and comes equipped with: air-conditioning in the living-room, dishwasher, washing-machine and telephone. Conca dei Marini is a quiet, pleasant village on the Amalfi Coast about 4 kms from Amalfi and 10 kms from Positano. From La Stefanella, down about 200 steps, you can reach the Lido at Capo di Conca with rocks suitable for bathing and a crystal-clear sea. Not far away by car there are also some beaches. About 50 metres from the entrance to the residential area you will find a pay car-park, where for a reasonable sum you can conveniently leave the car and walk to the house down a small path in the grounds and some steps. Nearby are some attractive restaurants that offer excellent local cuisine.
