The house is about 3 kms from the city, on the edge of a large olive grove where they have built a 6x12 m swimming-pool, used only occasionally also by the owner, along with a shower and bath area. The garden, typically tuscan, has roses, azaleas, and mediterranean plants sloping down in a series of attractive terraces. La Piazzetta lies in a quiet area close to several 17th century villas, and has an independent entrance from the road that leads straight onto the terrace. The inside of the house has been completely renovated and has high-quality furniture. The living-room is equipped with air-conditioning that cools the whole of the ground floor, and other equipment includes dishwasher and washing-machine in the large kitchen, and stereo with CD player and TV in the living-room. About 800 m from the house is the bus stop that takes you straight into the old city centre, thereby avoiding any parking problems.
