The villa lies on the Sorrento peninsula about 2 kms from Massa Lubrense, in a quiet area with beautiful views from which you can easily get to the more interesting towns - Sorrento is 9 kms away and Positano 18 kms. The property, which was built recently, is on two floors and has a nice private garden, distinguished by a large Pampas plant, with an area furnished with a barbecue and a wooden table for dining outside, and a shady veranda where you can enjoy a bit of relaxation. It has been furnished with modern furniture and has all the main conveniences: dishwasher, laundry with washing machine, telephone and TV. From the terrace on the first floor you can admire a beautiful view of the nearby coast and of the sea. About 1 km away is the little village of Monticchio with general food shops, for various other types of shopping, and for bank and postal services, whereas Massa Lubrense and S. Agata sui Due Golfi are ten minutes drive away. There are lots of restaurants nearby, some of which are very well-known, and besides their superb fish, prepare excellent international dishes. The nearby coast means that you can visit many different beaches, but the one we recommend most, with sand, is at Marina di Puolo, which is 3 kms away
