The coast at Mazzarò is the sea resort for Taormina, and lies on a spur of rock jutting out into the sea on a jagged coastline with sandy inlets and a deep blue, crystal-clear sea. L'Isola Bella (meaning "The Beautiful Island") was given to the apartment due to the view you enjoy from the terraces of the property which takes in a little island about 100 metres off-shore, famous for its history and giving a beautiful contrast between its vegetation and the blue of the sea. The apartment lies on a promontory thrusting out into the sea, in a small apartment building, and has a private entrance (about 30 steps). It comes furnished with high-quality furniture and is equipped with many comforts such as: air-conditioning in the living-room (which cools the entire environment), dishwasher and private parking. The terraces look onto the sea, which can be reached via two flights of about 140 steps in all. The beaches are all furnished and you can hire a space with sun-shade and deck-chairs. At less than 100 metres from the apartment is the station of the cable-car that takes you to the centre of Taormina, so you can avoid the parking problems in the centre of Taormina which is 2 kms away by car. Mazzarò has all the services you might need and many restaurants. Catania and Messina are about 50 kms away and are easily reached via the motorway.
