Located in a splendid area amidst the hills, in the countryside halfway between Siena and the Maremma coast. You access the house by following along a pleasant country road of approx. 300 m. The property is made up of a main house and a dependance, a large green outdoor area surrounds the house and slopes down towards the two swimming pools built on two different levels, the first one is 7x14 and second is 5x10. A delightful furnished pergola with tables and chairs for outdoor dining is located near the annexe. The house has been perfectly renovated and is well equipped, furnished with Tuscan-style furnishings, many of which are period pieces. An ancient oven has been made into a barbecue.
