It lies on two floors: the living/dining room has direct access to the veranda and to the garden and the 2 bedrooms on the first floor have an attractive panoramic terrace. Due to its central position, the house is well-placed for sightseeing trips in the area. To reach the house, the last 200 metres are along a quite steep, untarred road. Just 5 kms away is the little village of Grutti with a typical restaurant with good umbrian cuisine and which offers guests of I Cerri complete menus at special prices.
