This attractive property, consisting of two parts that only communicate via a staircase on the outside, lies within a large, enclosed, very well-maintained garden, full of flowers and tall trees. The house is about 1 km from the town of Strada in Chianti, along the road leading to the better-known town of Greve. The landscape is typical Chianti countryside, with large vineyards interspersed with centuries-old olive groves. The property is furnished very simply, but has the necessary modern conveniences and enjoys complete privacy. It comes with dishwasher, washing-machine, satellite-TV and ping-pong table. Outside, there are various relaxation areas, some in the shade, along with the area round the private swimming-pool (5 x 9.5m), with a view over the vineyard opposite, and a play-area for children with basketball net, while at the front of the house there is a large area suitable for dining outside. Strada in Chianti is a small town, but nevertheless has all the services you might need, while Greve is 10 km away, and Florence 14 km. This is a convenient starting-point for visiting all of the Chianti area, as well as for trips to Florence, which is 15 minutes away by car, while staying in the tranquillity of the unique Chianti countryside.
