Outside you will find a swimming pool of 5x10m which is of exclusive use and an annexe equipped with a large built-in table and barbecue.
The estate is situated in an ideal location between Castellina in Chianti, which is only 5 km away and where you will find all kinds of shops, and the medieval hamlet of Monteriggioni, surrounded by ancient walls and lookout towers. You can easily visit the entire Chianti Classico area between Siena and Firenze, 15 km Poggibonsi, 20 km from Siena and San Gimignano, 50 km Florence. Tennis courts and horse riding stables are 15 km away. Only the first floor is used while the ground floor is not used.
