The house, which has been recently renovated and attractively furnished, extends over the first floor with access via an external stone staircase; it has recently been renovated and well furnished. The delightful outdoor areas comprise a gazebo furnished with table and chairs for guests’ exclusive use and a fine 7x14 m swimming pool (depth 3 m) which is shared with owners, who occasionally use the villa.
