This property lies in the little village of Santa Maria Annunziata, close to Massa Lubrense. It is a very attractive old farmhouse in a great position with a wonderful view. In fact, one of the attractions of this little village is the spectacular panorama over the island of Capri and the Sorrento peninsula. It is for this reason that this village is shown on the local walking maps as one of the best places for those who like the view of Capri. The village consists of a small group of houses, including the church and a delightful restaurant, well-known for its seafood dishes among other things. The house has been furnished with taste while maintaining its rural/marine atmosphere that makes this area so enchanting. About 500 metres away there is a small food shop, and Massa Lubrense is approximately 2 km away and there you can find a wide range of shops and public services. Sorrento is just 8 km away and can also be reached by bus which leaves from the piazza in Massa Lubrense. The nearest beach is at Marina di Puolo about 5 km away.
